POSTER SESSIONS will be held on June 6, 2025, from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 16:15, in two thematic blocks: mining and metallurgy.

Fees
For Congress participants – no fee
For participants of the Poster Session only – 500.00 PLN + VAT (the fee includes lunch).
Poster session regulations
1. The poster session is an integral part of the Congress of Mining and Metallurgy of Copper Ores, Lubin 2025.
2. Posters may be displayed throughout the duration of the Congress.
3. Posters should be delivered to the organizers during registration or before the scheduled time of the poster session, and must be removed by the author after the Congress concludes.
4. Posters may be authored by pupils, students, doctoral candidates, teachers, lecturers, company representatives, or public administration officials who have registered for the Congress.
5. The content of the posters should be consistent with the theme of the Congress.
6. The poster must be prepared independently by its author(s), and the content must not infringe on copyright or third-party privacy rights.
7. Congress participants registered for the poster session are required to prepare an accompanying abstract not exceeding one A4 page.
8. Based on the submissions (via the form), the organizer will qualify the work for presentation in the poster session.
9. In matters not covered by these regulations, particularly regarding personal data protection, the provisions of the Regulations of the Congress of Mining and Metallurgy of Copper Ores, Lubin 2025, shall apply.
